I've made an online booking, how do I modify or cancel it?

Select the "Manage" button on your confirmation letter. When selected, you will be referred to the online platform where you will have the options to Improve Your Stay, Modify or Cancel Your Reservation, in line with your Cancellation Terms and Conditions.
